What is QSEHRA?
A Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement, or QSEHRA, is an HRA specifically designed for small businesses that don’t offer group health insurance and have less than 50 full-time employees. QSEHRAs allow employers to reimburse employees tax-free for medical expenses, including individual health insurance premiums.
