Remodel Health

Editorial Policy

At Remodel Health, we’re revolutionizing health benefits to resource organizations with missions that matter. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Remodel Health and its subsidiary, PeopleKeep. This document outlines our editorial policy across both the Remodel Health and PeopleKeep marketing websites, remodelhealth.com and peoplekeep.com, respectively. This policy doesn’t apply to non-marketing-owned channels, such as our HRA administration software platforms and customer communications.

Remodel Health publishes educational content designed to help employers, brokers, employees, and benefits decision-makers better understand health benefits, health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), and their available options.

Our content exists to serve two important purposes:

  1. Education and clarity: To help readers understand complex health benefits topics, regulations, and choices.
  2. Product awareness: To explain and promote how our HRA solutions, such as individual coverage HRA (ICHRA) administration, work and when they may be a good fit.

We believe these goals can and should coexist. While we do market our own products, we are committed to accuracy, transparency, and presenting information that genuinely helps readers make informed decisions.

Scope of content

We publish content related to:

  • Health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), including the individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), qualified small employer HRA (QSEHRA), and group coverage HRA (GCHRA)
  • Employer-sponsored health benefits
  • Benefits compliance and regulations
  • Individual health insurance and Medicare considerations
  • Employee benefits education for employers, brokers, and members

All content is educational in nature and is not legal or tax advice. Readers should consult qualified legal, tax, or benefits professionals for advice specific to their situation.

Content creation standards

All content published by Remodel Health and PeopleKeep is:

  • Written by in-house content marketing specialists, not third-party sources
  • Created in collaboration with internal subject matter experts when appropriate
  • Designed to be clear, practical, and accessible, even when covering complex regulatory topics

To support accuracy and credibility, we rely on reputable primary and authoritative sources, including but not limited to:

  • Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)
  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
  • HealthCare.gov
  • Federal statutes and regulations
  • State regulations
  • KFF

Claims and explanations are supported by these sources whenever applicable.

Review and accuracy process

All website content is reviewed prior to publication.

Content is reviewed by one or both of the following:

  • Remodel Health Content Marketing Manager
  • Remodel Health Director of Marketing

Reviewers evaluate content for:

  • Accuracy and completeness
  • Alignment with current regulations and guidance
  • Proper sourcing and citations
  • Grammar, clarity, and readability

We fact-check statements by referencing trusted sources and utilize tools such as Grammarly and ChatGPT to identify any inconsistencies or omissions that may have been overlooked during drafting and human review.

Updates and maintenance

Health benefits regulations change frequently. To ensure ongoing accuracy:

  • Regulatory changes, such as new IRS guidance or federal laws, prompt immediate content reviews and updates.
  • Content is reviewed and updated as needed to reflect changes in compliance requirements, benefits rules, or marketplace guidance.

We believe in transparency about when articles are drafted and updated.

Every article includes:

  • A published date, which reflects the most recent update
  • An originally published date, which appears at the bottom of an article. This provides transparency about when the content first appeared on the website.

On occasion, we include additional information about updates in the intro section of an article. These notices convey important information about ongoing changes to regulations and benefits policy.

Product promotion

We promote our own products because we truly believe in them.

At the same time:

  • Accuracy always comes first
  • We frequently present alternatives and considerations, acknowledging that HRAs may not be the right fit for every organization

Our goal is to empower readers with the information they need to choose the solution that best fits their organization. We believe that most of the time, a QSEHRA or ICHRA is this solution.

Feedback and corrections

We are committed to accuracy. If you identify an error, outdated information, or omission, please email hello@remodelhealth.com with a description of the issue and a reference to the specific content location. We review all feedback and make corrections when warranted.

We do not accept solicitations for marketing services, backlinks, or guest posts.
